I got this recipe from my cousion. I love how easy it is and we all love them.
2 cups sugar
¼ cup margarine
½ cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
Mix sugar, margarine, & milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat add peanut butter & vanilla. Stir until p.b. is melted. Stir in oats. Drop spoonfuls on wax paper.

If you want to make them healthy you can add wheat germ. I have added it to no bake cookies about a 1/2 cup and you can't even taste it! It is really good for you high in folic acid and vitamin e! I have even added it to a boxed brownie mix it made them so yummy and chewy. I know wheat germ sounds gross but it really is good you can find it in the cereal isle! Seriously go and buy some! I spike Kyle's food with it and he never knows it is in there!
