Sugar Cookies

6 cups Flour
2 cups sugar
2 tes. Baking powder
2 tes. Baking soda
2 tes. Salt
2 tes. Nutmeg
2 cups Shorting
¾ cups Milk
4 tes Vanilla
4 eggs

Mix together and bake @ 400 for 6 min.
