Macadamin White Chocolate Chips Cookies


  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 5 cups flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 12 oz package white chocolate chips

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Macadamin Baking Pieces

  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia pieces. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking pans.

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Makes 6 dozen
