Chili Sauce

9 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper
1 C vinegar
1 C sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp ginger
1 Tsp cloves

Let boil until is comes to a desired consistency. Put in hot jars and seal in water bath.
