Apricot Chicken Breasts (Lion House Recipe)

2 T Cornstarch
2 c Apricot Jam
8 to 10 Breasts, skinless & boneless
1 c. Russian or Catalina Dressing
1 env. Onion Soup mix

In bowl mix jam and soup mix with dressing. Arrange chicken in bottom of 13x9” pan. Pour mixture over top spreading evenly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Cover with foil last 15 minutes.
